111 West 57th Street Sales Launch Celebration

| September 13, 2018 | Parties

On Thursday, September 13, 2018, Gregg Pasquarelli and William Sofield hosted a sales launch celebration for 11 West 57th Street and New York's real estate royalty came out in full force. Guests toasted the launch with champagne, caviar and enjoyed a special musical performance from the renowned London-based pianist Mishka Rushdie Momen. Rising 1,428 feet above the landmarked Steinway Hall, 111 West 57th Street’s graceful new condominium tower recently surpassed the 73rd floor, with topping out anticipated to occur in January 2019. The soaring tower, designed by ShoP Architects, will feature just 46 beautifully proportioned full-floor and duplex residences, with interiors by Studio Sofield. Historic Steinway Hall, originally built in 1925 by celebrated firm Warren & Wetmore, is being reimagined and integrated with a modern new tower as remarkable residences and amenity spaces.
