Guests will learn what it took to revive the lost art of making Rye whiskey along with tales from the spirit’s Prohibition-era past. They will also have the chance to bottle their own whiskey, taste the spirit straight from the tap and indulge in barrel-aged New York maple syrup and whiskey-infused chocolate bars.

Bach & Bacchanalia, a new event series pairing inspired cuisine and cocktails with classical music, is the perfect place to take your sophisticated friend or impress your visiting parents. Their first event “Japan and its Influence'' explored French composers Ravel and Debussy’s fascination with Japanese arts through a tasting menu paired with French cocktails updated with traditionally Japanese ingredients. The evening ended with an outstanding classical music performance by a string quartet of Julliard-trained musicians. Bach & Bacchanalia’s next event “Waltzing from Vienna to Mexico” will include a Mexican seafood feast, craft cocktails and, of course, an incredible classical music performance.
