AVA Social turns heads with its Fashion District debut

Gotham was on the scene this February as Charlie Palmer Collective launched AVA Social, a chic new restaurant and lounge in the heart of New York’s fashion world. The opening night party drew 300 influencers, members of the media and special guests to the Archer Hotel New York for a first look before doors opened to the public. Partygoers sipped on Oaxacan Negroni and gin-based Tête à Têtes while sampling signature scallops on a stick, lamb kefta with dipping sauce, AVA-cado fries, AVA soft serve, and other tempting bites from AVA Social’s eclectic, no-fuss menu—the latest showcase for Palmer’s celebrated Progressive American cooking.

The inspiration behind this welcome new concept, AVA, we’re told, exists at least in spirit—a stylish every-person who approaches work, friendships and relaxation with equal parts zeal and zest. She’d feel right at home in the lively and fashionable surroundings of her namesake gathering spot.
