Modern Luxury connects with the affluent and the aspirational socially sophisticated resident and visitor, through a format that’s uniquely fast-paced, modern, edgy, uber-local and highly relevant.

Eileen Fisher has the opportunity to own a custom online campaign on gotham-magazine.com & modernluxury.com/manhattan featuring strategic and targeted digital assets. The program will serve to generate awareness and post-event coverage around both the Felted Gallery and Circular Story events amongst our engaged online audience, while simultaneously driving traffic to the Eileen Fisher website.

Program Overview

Modern Luxury will work in consultation with Eileen Fisher to create and promote engaging online assets. The program will run for 1 month and will consist of the following:

ROS Advertising

Modern Luxury will provide Eileen Fisher ROS advertising on gotham-magazine.com (utilizing 970x90 large leaderboard, 300x250 medium rectangle, 300x600 half page, and 728x90 interstitial with 468x60 and 320x50 mobile versions). Ad units will run across each channel of the website and can incorporate rich media. All units will be hyperlinked to the Eileen Fisher's website to drive traffic to the desired URL.

Dedicated Email Blasts

Eileen Fisher will receive dedicated e-blasts sent to Gotham & Manhattan magazine's high-quality opt-in email subscribers. Our lists are verified by Claritas to have 20% of subscribers with incomes >$1MM. We also have strong open rates, with blasts consistently achieving rates around 10 - 15%. All dedicated e-blasts have optional a/b subject line testing, as well as unique send times per individual suscriber (based upon time of day that subscriber is most likely to open email) to ensure maximum open rates.

Added Value: Post Event Coverage

Eileen Fisher will receive post-event coverage on Gotham's party page, recapping both events. Coverage will include up to 20 photos with captions (provided by Eileen Fisher), as well as an event recap that describes the event and links to necessary partners.
