The Upper East Side is the lucky recipient of Armani / Ristorante, the new restaurant bringing the lifestyle and elegance of Armani to New York City diners.
Located on Madison Avenue between 65th and 66th, Armani / Ristorante embodies the experience of Giorgio Armani by offering authentic Italian dishes crafted with quality ingredients and careful preparations. With many recipes from Armani’s childhood gracing the menu, the cuisine marries Italian classics with New York flavors. Unsurprisingly, guests can expect the minimal and refined presentations that Armani restaurants are known for all over the world.
The restaurant serves a pre-fixe lunch menu of two, three or four courses and an a la carte dinner menu, all crafted with premium ingredients. Our personal favorites? The Maine lobster with grapefruit and sabayon and steak tartare with saffron crumble and bone marrow. Delicious craft cocktails, such as the Garibaldi In Love, made with Tito’s vodka, Campari, Yerba Mate, lemon and grapefruit, perfectly complement the cuisine.
To complete the immersive experience, Armani / Ristorante’s design carefully combines comfort, functionality and elegance for an elevated meal. Each of the 4,156 feet of interior space has been carefully curated to evoke tranquility for a true oasis in the heart of Manhattan. Soft-line furnishings, eucalyptus wood accents, green lacquer surfaces, blue-gray banquettes, contemporary design and retro charm combine for an unforgettable atmosphere.
For those seeking a more intimate dining experience, the second-floor mezzanine room is the perfect choice. Seating 40 diners and overlooking the first floor, the room is complete with a stunning glass wine display housing over 400 bottles and a collection of books, novelties, and trinkets from Armani’s life.
Seamlessly integrated into the Giorgio Armani boutique, this one will undoubtedly become a go-to for both long-standing lovers of Armani and foodies alike. Reservations can be made here.
