Known for their scented candles and home fragrance diffusers, Baobab Collection’s creations are full sensory experiences that look just as good as they smell. The gorgeous designs are full of riotous color and enchanting patterns, providing your home with both beautiful decor and a lovely scent.
Craftsmanship and excellence are front of mind at Baobab Collection, which supports European expertise and craftsmen by selecting raw materials with the greatest care. The mineral wax comes from Germany, glass from Poland, leather from Italy and the scents are perfected in Grasse, France. Each and every candle is hand-poured into the glass hand-blown by master craftsmen, ensuring utmost quality.
The brand draws inspiration from African lands and the Baobab ‘tree of life.’ The 1015 Madison Avenue store is the first American location, joining the brands fleet of boutiques in Belgium, England and France. CEO Alain Lahy designed the 550-square-foot store with support from Belgian architect Heidi Denoulet. Custom wallpaper by famed French designer Thierry Larcher matches the Fall/Winter 2022 collection. Twice a year, the paper will be updated to coordinate with each of the brand’s seasonal collections.
