Lucky for us, New York City is home to some of the most famous Jewish delis in the country. New Yorkers are just as knowledgeable about the subway system as they are about where to find the best bagel with lox.

Celebrate Passover with Dagon, the Upper West Side restaurant known for its dishes from “somewhere in the Mediterranean.” On April 15 and 16, Chef Ari Bokovza is offering a Seder plate, and then a twist on the classic Matzah Ball Soup: Duck Matzah Ball Soup served with steamed carrots and roasted duck leg meat marinated in pomegranate molasses, ginger, peppercorn, shallot, and garlic.
