The Thunderbird Heights area is a gated community with beautiful views of mountains and city lights. It is also home to 10 golf courses, which were perfect for Crosby’s love of playing golf.
The ranch-style home was built in 1957, with indoor and outdoor living and entertainment. The mid-century home has a total of six bedrooms and six baths, coming in at about 6,700 square feet.
Sharing many tee times, Crosby and Kennedy became very close friends. Their relationship was so strong, Crosby dedicated an entire wing of his home to the former President. This quarter of the house was for Kennedy when we came to golf and enjoy the warm California weather.
Kennedy’s casita includes two bedrooms, two baths, a living room, and a full kitchen with its own entrance. The completely-private wing has custom Moroccan wood entry doors, a media room, a chef's kitchen, and an open formal living and dining room.
