Body Evolved is a new boutique studio in Noho that combines physical therapy and strength coaching. The founders, Corinne Croce, and Dariusz Stankiewicz, are the duo behind the fitness industries cult favorite instructors. They've worked with the top trainers in the country, keeping them in peak performance and injury-free. SoulCycle contracts them to keep their instructors on the bike, Rumble coaches swear by them to keep them behind the bag, Barry's Bootcamp trainers depend on them to keep them on the treadmill, and now the public will be able to experience their one-of-a-kind services at Body Evolved.
“After working with the top fitness instructors in the country, we decided to bring our expertise of keeping not just trainers, but people of all fitness levels strong, health and injury free. We work together, through physical therapy and strength coaching, to lay the foundation to be your best self.” Corrine told us.
Corinne is a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a master in manual therapy and Active Release Technology. Dee, an ex-pro soccer player, is a certified Personal Trainer and takes a functional approach to reaching any fitness goals. Together, they are changing the way you think about Physical Therapy and Strength Coaching. They are not bridging the gap, they are removing it!
The studio is absolutely gorgeous. Calming, intimate and beautiful. The duo hired Antonio Matres, a world renowned architect and designer, to design the space.
“At Body Evolved our hour long sessions are one-on-one, and based on individualized programs designed off personal assessments. Programs consist of personalized manual therapy and private training appointments. At Body Evolved the two specialties are broken down into separate, yet collaborated, appointments to allow for focused care and efficient progression. Manual therapy treatments consist of precise hands on techniques, such as ART and FRR. Private training focuses on resolving dysfunctional movement patterns and improving physical goals on all fronts through corrective exercise, neuromuscular retraining, strength, and conditioning.” Dariusz said.
