Creative visionary and CFDA Founder’s Award Honoree, Carine Roitfeld, celebrated the launch of her debut fragrance collection with a star-studded bash. As you may know, Roitfeld’s first-ever collection of seven genderless fragrances, inspired by seven lovers in seven of the fashion icon’s favorite cities, will be available exclusively via Net-a-Porter and carineroitfeld.com on May 6 (coincidentally the first Monday in May).
A vibrant crowd, including Gigi Hadid, Tom Ford, Kris Jenner & Corey Gamble, Tracee Ellis Ross, Lewis Hamilton, Stephen Dorff; models Joan Smalls, Helena Christensen, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Stella Maxwell, Halima Aden, Anok Yai, Cindy Bruna, Georgia Fowler, RJ King, Danielle Herrington, Danielle Knudson, Maryna Linchuk, Megan Williams, Arlenis Sosa, Sofi Resing, Garret Neff, Jordan Barrett, Alton Mason, and Riley Montana; socials Olivia Palermo & Johannes Huebl, Luka Sabbat, Aly Hilfiger, Stavros Niarchos, Cipriana Quann & TK Quann, Juliette Longuet, and Eli Mizrahi;designers Tommy & Dee Hilfiger, Peter Dundas, Brian Atwood, Peter Dundas, Alexandre Birman and Joseph Altuzarra; photographer Sebastian Faena;stylist Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele; Doctor Barbara Sturm; makeup artist Romy Soleimani; and DJ May Kwok mingled and sipped Roitfeld’s signature vodka cocktails and Moët & Chandon champagne while discovering their own signature scents from the collection. Prolific designer Tom Ford was among the first guests to arrive and when asked to pose for a photo with fellow guests, he gave a polite smirk before stating he “never poses with models, only Carine Roitfeld”. Stefano Tonchi was seen capturing an array of photos on the pop up’s steps, while Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, and Tommy & Dee Hilfiger sampled the scents before heading off to an intimate dinner in the SoHo neighborhood.
