Now in its fourth year, The Mark Hotel’s ultra-luxury sailboat experience makes its highly anticipated return to the seas. What better way to sailibrate summer than with food from culinary genius, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten?
The 70-foot Herreshoff sailboat, one of the last in existence, can accommodate up to 25 guests and is available for private charter to The Mark’s hotel guests, friends and neighbors.
The vessel sets sail from Tribeca’s North Cove Marina for a two-hour journey southward into the iconic New York Harbor where guests can practically touch the Statue of Liberty.
The Mark’s resident chef, Jean-Georges, designed a menu of exquisite small bites and refreshments inspired by the flavors of summer.
Guests can enjoy artisanal cheese plates, assorted oysters on the half shell, watermelon and goat cheese skewers, miniature smoked salmon sandwiches with dill creme, spiced chicken samosas with cilantro yogurt, and much more!
There’s always room for dessert. The warm chocolate cake, butterscotch pudding, and sweet tartelettes and petit fours, are absolute must-haves.

New this year, for those looking to take the plunge and tie the knot, The Mark’s Wedding Officiant can be brought on board for an unforgettable, open air, ceremony on the high seas.
The sailboat experience starts at $7,000 for a two-hour charter inclusive of food and beverage for two adults (+205 per additional adult).
