Dante Winter House, the seasonal pop-up from the beloved NYC Aperitivo bar Dante, #1 Best Bar in North America, 2019 & 2020, is taking over downtown’s newest destination, Pearl Alley on Pier 17 at the Seaport.
Building upon the success of its current cocktail pop-up at The Snow Lodge in Aspen, Dante brings its popular winter concept back to NYC.
Transforming Pearl Alley into a winter wonderland, the experience will include festive programming, Aperitivo hour, seasonal cocktails, and live entertainment within a warm and inviting waterfront setting.
Located along the East River with sweeping views of the Brooklyn Bridge and beyond, Dante Winter House at Pearl Alley welcomes New Yorkers throughout the afternoon and evening to enjoy many of the restaurant’s outstanding offerings.

Dante Winter House features a wide variety of culinary experiences, including three separate bars and two food trucks.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by the first bar: a Coffee Bar that serves a selection of pastries, espresso, and coffee cocktails. Further in the space is the Dante Bar, which features several of Dante’s signature cocktails on tap and in bottled form as well as a reprise of Dante’s hot cocktail menu, featuring favorites such as Boozy Coffee and Hot Smoked Toddy – all served in mobile cups to enjoy throughout the space.
The third bar is an exclusive Negroni Bar featuring a selection of Dante’s award-winning Negronis – the first of its kind outside of Dante. A true sit-down cocktail bar, the menu includes several Negroni variations from the bar’s celebrated “Negroni Sessions” menu, including the Chocolate Negroni, Caffe Negroni, Negroni Bianco, and more!
Dante Winter House also features two food trucks - one serving flatbreads and one centered around affogatos. The flatbread food truck serves a curated menu of freshly prepared flatbreads such as the Verde with spicy lamb sausage, mozzarella, and arugula and the Bianco with pancetta, leeks, provolone, and thyme.
The affogato food truck celebrates the ritual of the Italian tradition of affogato, featuring both classic and boozy variations of the espresso and gelato-based dessert.
Additionally, guests will soon be able to order at any of the three bars from an Italian-inspired food menu reminiscent of Dante’s Greenwich Village menu featuring antipasti, flatbreads, and more.
Playing upon the refined design of Pearl Alley, Dante Winter House has winterized its marketplace concept with seasonal decor, greenery, string lights, and more.
Guests can enjoy their drinks in The Alley – a casual gathering space complete with a game hall featuring foosball and other activities.
Every Thursday through Sunday night from 5:30 pm-11 pm, the space will feature live music with performances from a variety of musicians, from Cuban bands to New Orleans Jazz quartets to DJs and more!
