NYC dining institution Eleven Madison Park is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a celebrated alumni dinner series and special menu through October.
The restaurant, which has held three Michelin stars since 2012, is offering a retrospective menu from October 3 through October 31 as an homage to its culinary journey. The menu will feature favorite dishes from different periods of the restaurant's history, such as the carrot tartare from 2012, a precursor to the restaurant’s current plant-based cuisine. Proceeds from the anniversary celebration will benefit Rethink, an organization that provides meals to food-insecure New Yorkers.
The dinner on October 3 will begin with a cocktail reception followed by a welcome speech from chef Daniel Humm, live music and more surprises. The celebrated alumni dinner series will include guests such as chef James Kent and chef Hussain Shahzad. The chefs will return to Eleven Madison Park’s kitchen to showcase their huge achievements, working hand-in-hand to create delicious plant-based signature dishes. Reservations for Eleven Madison Park can be made here.
