Upstairs, members can book one of the seven Clubhouse Suites on the second and third floors. Each suite boasts spalike bathrooms and is appointed with chic Brazilian contemporary furniture and oversized French door windows allowing sweeping park and city views.
Continuing on to the fourth floor, members can access the fitness center, sauna and a showstopping outdoor terrace. Other perks include 24-hour concierge service, private shopping appointments with partner brands and VIP access to some of Christie’s top auctions and presale events, to name a few.
Likewise, encompassing floors five to 12 of the building are four elegantly appointed duplex units, each bearing breathtaking views of Central Park and the rest of the city. The approximately 3,600-square-foot residences comprise three bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, and are available for rent to members for long- and short-term stays, starting at a minimum of 30 days.
