Free Argentine tango classes influenced by countries around the world are coming to The Hugh.

Beginning Saturday, October 15th through November 19th, Argentine Tango classes will be at The Hugh. Globally recognized Anthony Blackwell will be hosting the free dance classes for all levels from 3:00 -3:30PM, followed by an open dance floor from 3:30-6:00PM.

If you're needing to wind down after a week of work, Casa de Tango at The Hugh is a great way to do so. The classes welcome all age groups, making it a great activity for families and couples alike. The classes are taking place indoors, ensuring you can dance the day and night away in comfort. Attendance is pay what you'd like, with donations welcomed.
Located in the heart of Midtown East, The Hugh is a culinary collective featuring 15 restaurants, including a wine bar and a craft beer taproom, enriched with a collection of art, murals and greenery. The Hugh is a hub for exploration, where each visit will bring a new opportunity to experience the diversity of New York's culinary and cultural community.
Casa de Tango's mission is to bring dance to communities all over the world. Past campaigns have enabled the group to teach dance and offer a history of dance throughout Europe, Asia, South America, Central America and North America. Tickets can be reserved here.
