A new boutique condominium designed by an acclaimed Parisian firm brings a touch of fin de siècle France to the Upper East Side.
Renowned in Europe for its luxurious designs of private residences for such lofty clients as the president of France and the royal families of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, as well as the recently renovated interiors of the iconic Lanesborough Hotel near Buckingham Palace in London, Parisian design rm Cabinet Alberto Pinto is now making a mark in Manhattan, bringing its transcendent French style to a new boutique development on the Upper East Side.

Another plus in a neighborhood known for its tough-to-get-into co-ops? “It’s the only ground-up condominium built on the East Side between 66th and 86th Streets in the last 20 years,” says Adell.
