Hitting a high, Omega’s Moonwatch, worn by Jeff Bezos, dipped its toes into the great beyond as the former CEO of Amazon and the Blue Origin crew made their way to the edge of the earth.

The chronograph inspired by a timeless design features an asymmetrical 42 mm stainless steel case. Built-in the same style that was worn by the Apollo 11 astronauts during the world’s first moon landing, the 4th generation design is living up to its predecessor. Modeled with an option of sapphire crystal glass on both sides or hesalite glass, the design of Omega’s Speedmaster Moonwatch goes above and beyond the earth itself.
But the origin of the watch isn’t the only sentimental detail associated with Bezos’s space trip. The date he took off, July 20th, represents the anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission to the moon, proving that the timepiece has no bounds.
