For all you celebrity real estate fanatics, Anthony Bourdain’s Columbus Circle apartment is back on the rental market. The apartment is located at the Time Warner Center condominium, one of the top luxury condo buildings in Manhattan. 
Back in 2016, the late critically-acclaimed chef rented this plush, ultra-modern, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for $13,000 per month.
Currently, Bourdain’s former residence is on the market for a lower price of $12,000 per month. Definitely not a steal, but you’re paying for a panoramic view of the entire city and the Hudson River. Plus, it’s pretty cool to say you lived in the old residence of one of the most famous chefs in the world. What a great conversation starter.
According to the listing, the apartment is 94 square feet with top of the line amenities. The gorgeous Columbus Circle apartment comes with state of the art kitchen appliances (no surprise there), floor-to-ceiling windows, large closet space, and a washer and dryer in unit.
The building itself comes with a full-time doorman, concierge service, health club, full-service spa, residents’ lounge, screening room, landscaped sundeck, and a garage. Step outside the building and you are immersed in one of Manhattan’s most bustling neighborhoods. Time Warner Center, now referred to as the Deutsche Bank Center, is home to some of the most coveted stores and restaurants on the island.
