Little Words Project's NYC Flagship is officially opening this month in the popular shopping destination of Bleeker Street in the West Village.
The company was founded in 2014 by Latinx Entrepreneur, Adriana Carrig - they are known to be the 'original words bracelet' and since launch have successfully sold over 1 million bracelets.
The brand creates bracelets that are made out of fine-cut crystals and interwoven with a unique, inspirational word. Bracelets with 'words to live by' of all sorts are featured amongst customizable options.
Little Words Project aims to inspire and encourage people to be kind to themselves and to pay that kindness forward, one bracelet at a time.
They have raised over $150k for a range of charitable causes from cancer, mental health, LGBTQIA, anti-bullying efforts, and more through teaming up with various organizations.
The company also has an amazing upcycling program, details in the infographic below.
Up until this store opening, the brand was available for sale directly on their website as well as at boutiques and big-box retailers such as Nordstrom nationwide.
As the brand’s mission of spreading kindness and building a community has always been at the forefront, this is only something that can be enhanced by having a physical store location.
They have spent years cultivating such a strong community and are excited to bring that same feeling to customers in real life.
When customers come to Little Words, it is more than just a shopping experience, but also a place where one can go to practice self-love and passing it on!
In store, there will be a DIY bracelet bar where customers can fully customize their Little Words Project bracelet to their liking.
Along with a customization station, the store will have a mural made out of letter beads (photo moment), a confidence mirror photo setup, and two activation rooms. One will have positive affirmations playing on surround sound, and the other will be a 360 confidence mirror photo op where the customer is surrounded by mirrors, their reflection, and Little Words Project’s best selling uplifting words!
Events, special in-store promotions, and more will take place throughout the year that are exclusive to the in-store experience.
