Well, dear friend, we have a secret for you. It’s not all about the Vivienne Westwood dress or popping Veuve with your bride tribe. The Venue is really what could make (or break) your big day.
With an overwhelming amount of prospects out East, we’ve connected with Tracy Taylor Ward, the queen of all things weddings.
The Founder and creative visionary behind Tracy Taylor Ward Design (TTWD), Tracy is known for her discerning eye, precise attention to detail, and sophisticated aesthetic.
Passionate about understated luxury, Tracy began her career 19 years ago as an interior designer, drawn not only to creating gorgeous spaces but also soothing, comfortable environments; a style she describes as “effortless elegance.”
It was planning and designing her own wedding in 2010—with her husband Matt creating the invitations and reception stationery—that sparked her career pivot. Friends requested that Tracy and Matt bring that same magic to their events and TTWD was born.
With a background rooted in the arts, Tracy strives to design events that are not only breathtakingly beautiful but also feature exceptional music and entertainment, ensuring every event is an experience that will never be forgotten.

Sunset Beach Hotel is another incredibly chic and fun event space, one we particularly love for smaller dinner parties or larger cocktail-style soirées. Its airy seaside views in combination with the hotel’s nautical accents create a private tropical paradise, perfect for any party. It’s important to know though, that Sunset Beach Hotel is only open during the height of the summer season, so if you’re hoping to host your next event there, it would have to take place between the end of May and the beginning of September, so make sure to get on their books right away.
