On The Market: Inside Brooklyn's Ultra-Luxe Olympia

Home & Real Estate,
The Olympia offers one of the most luxurious residential experiences in Brooklyn.
Soaring high above Dumbo is Brooklyn’s newest luxury residential property, Olympia. Inspired by the 235-year-old history of the area, Olympia was created by Hill West Architects and interior design firm Workstead. The team behind this project played off the area’s natural elements, such as the cobblestone streets and nearby water. The result? A massive, architecturally striking spectacle.
Aside from its 38,000 square feet of amenities, Olympia features 76 residences, including a penthouse level. Each home is modeled after traditional townhome living and crafted with a simple, bright color palette, offering a clean canvas for residents to create the home of their dreams. Materials like maple, Aglo Ceppo stone and dark marble are used throughout the residences. And as the tallest building in Dumbo, clocking in at 33 stories, residents have close to 360-degree views of surrounding Brooklyn and the Lower Manhattan skyline.
Enter through the sweeping concrete colonnade at ground level through the triple-height lobby, which features art by Jacob Hashimoto. Then, travel to The Garden on the ground floor for a moment of serenity, or relax in the nature-filled lounge—there’s even a pet spa with a bath off the lobby.
Penthouse B at Olympia Dumbo offers a peek at the most luxe features the building has to offer.
In the basement, The Club awaits. It’s a one-stop shop for games and fitness, with a two-lane bowling alley, fitness center, Spin room, movement studio and lounge with a pool table. There’s even a playroom to keep the kids entertained during workouts.
Up a few flights is The Bridge, where Olympia’s two pools, hot tub and tennis court are located. Residents can grill on the barbecue while the kids play on Olympia’s ship-inspired playground, before heading to the sauna, steam room or treatment room to totally unwind. 30 Front St., Brooklyn, [email protected], 718.866.1248
