Hey Hamptonines. There's a new billionaire in town, as Page Six reveals Michael Rubin to be the so-called "mystery buyer" of a $50 million mansion in Bridgehampton.

As Executive Chairmen of Fanatics, Rubin heads the world's leading provider of licensed sport's merchandise, though he already made himself a billionaire selling GSI Commerce to E-Bay in 1998. He nabbed the massive estate from HFZ Capital Group founder Ziel Feldman in an off-market deal.

The oceanfront property on Dune Road sits on about 6.5 acres acres, boasting more than 8,000 square feet with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a pool. Page Six reports that the home was originally listed for $75 million, so Rubin actually got a deal. Bridgehampton counts celebs Christie Brinkley and Madonna as residents - at least part time.

Rubin is known to hang out with fellow Hampton's lovers Jay-Z and Meek Mill, and he tapped into his rolodex earlier in the COVID-19 pandemic to organize the "All-In Challenge" where celebrities, influencers and brands donated possessions or experiences to raise $60 million to fight food insecurity.
