On Thursday, May 16, 2019, world-renowned Italian design brand Minotti and New York-based developer KAR Properties hosted an exclusive cocktail event to present an intimate preview of one of South Florida's most elegant and impeccably-crafted residential developments, 2000 Ocean, marking the brand's first residential project in the US. During the cocktail, Minotti brand representatives and Shahab Karmely of KAR Properties were joined by media from the real estate and design community. Guests enjoyed an evening of champagne, wine and hors d'oeuvres.
