Revealed: Which NYC Bars Made North America's 50 Best Bars List

It’s no secret that New York has an incredible bar scene, so it comes as no surprise that 11 NYC bars made North America's 50 best bars list in 2022.

Announced on June 7, William Reed's 2022's North America's 50 best bars celebrates the best of the North American drinks industry. The inaugural list is anonymously voted on by North American bar industry experts and compiled by William Reed, and includes bars in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. A whopping 11 NYC bars made the list, with New York's own Attaboy being crowned the top spot as the Best Bar in North America. The full list of NYC inclusions are as follows: Attaboy (No. 1), Katana Kitten (No. 4), Dante (No. 8), Double Chicken Please (No. 17), Amor y Amargo (No. 23), Dear Irving (No. 26), Overstory (No. 27), Employees Only (No. 30), The Dead Rabbit (No. 31), Mace (No. 35) and Clover Club (No. 43).

Stay tuned for October 4th, 2022, when the 2022 edition of the world's best 50 bars will be announced in Barcelona, Spain. Last year, three NYC bars made the list, with Katana Kitten coming in at No. 10, Dante winning No. 30 and Attaboy winning No. 34.
