We’re heading into the last few months of a strange year full of the unexpected. Luckily, New York knows how to keep the city entertained and inspired - with great food!

Despite the tough economic circumstances that came with Covid, many new restaurants have found a foothold, while established and beloved restaurants invent new ways to celebrate the holidays with company collaborations and special menus.

We’ve gathered a list of new restaurant openings, collaborations and menus coming to Manhattan this winter for your enjoyment. From American tastings at the new Gray Hawk Grill, to new winter drinks at ROKC and NR, we encourage you to make December memorable and support local business with one of these restaurants.

Winter cocktail menus debut at the uptown Japanese Restaurants ROKC and NR. The ROKC menu was already impressive with 39 crafty drinks. Winter additions include a chocolate and mint rum cinnamon cocktail, their truffle citrus and herb mixed vodka drink, and their spicy tomato and clam mezcal drink with hints of wasabi. At NR, there are already 29 cocktails, but three more have been added this winter. Try the warm apple caramel bourbon drink, the spicy chocolate tequila concoction, and their wood Grey Goose saketini specialty.
