The Sweat Sessions

The Meatpacking Business Improvement District and the Wellth Collective have come together to host outdoor fitness classes, including yoga, boot camp, dance cardio, and more this season. Open to the public, these classes take place three times a day every Tuesday, at 6 pm, 7 pm, and 8 pm. Located at the Hudson River 14th Street Park, you won’t want to miss these amazing 45-minute sessions that offer great workouts and beautiful views of the Hudson River.

Bryant Park Yoga

The iconic Bryant Park Yoga classes are back for its 14th season of outdoor fun. Presented by Manduka with instructors curated by Yoga Journal, these heart-pumping classes often boast hundreds of attendees for an unforgettable experience you won’t want to miss. Manduka also provides complimentary mats to use, so don’t worry about having to bring your own. Classes are held every Tuesday from 10-11am, and every Thursday 6 -7pm. Runs until September 14.

Yo Yoga NYC

This unique set of yoga classes will bring you to a secluded rooftop at the Yo Yoga studio on the Upper East Side, which has both a beautiful indoor and rooftop studio. The roof deck classes take place almost daily, as long as the temperatures stays above 68 degrees. The Yoga Trail

Take advantage of all that Central Park has to offer, including outdoor yoga classes. The Yoga Trail leads gentle Vinyasa group classes every week. Founder Silvia Neri hopes that her classes will allow people to reconnect with nature. So get outside and take advantage of your gorgeous surroundings with these rejuvenating classes. Runs on Saturday and Sunday at noon, and Monday and Friday at 6 pm.

Pure Yoga

Take outdoor yoga to a whole new level with rooftop classes hosted by Pure Yoga at Mr. Purple located on the 15th floor at Hotel Indigo. Yogis can practice Vinyasa on the posh rooftop every Saturday this summer. With a picturesque pool and a trendy lounge area, stick around after your workout.

Prospect Park Yoga

Curated by Bend + Bloom Yoga, lululemon athletica Brooklyn, and Prospect Park Alliance, these yoga classes are taught every Thursday night from now until August 31 on the beautiful park’s sprawling greenery.
