Gluten-free diners, rejoice because iconic NYC pizza shop Prince Street Pizza has officially launched its first gluten-free crust. In partnership with Real Fine Foods, gluten-free pizza is now available at the Prince Street Pizza flagship NYC location on 27 Prince Street. All of the brand’s iconic pies are now available with the Real Fine Foods dough that you will hardly believe is gluten-free.

Crunchy and crispy yet fluffy and chewy, this dough does justice to Prince Street Pizza’s iconic slices, such as the Spicy Spring with fra diavolo sauce, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella and Pecorino Romano, and the Prince Perfection with marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella and Pecorino Romano.
To celebrate the launch, Prince Street Pizza and Real Fine Foods are hosting a block party today from 4–6 p.m. outside of the flagship location, complete with free gluten-free slices, beverages from Coca-Cola and music from local DJs. Don’t walk, run, and enjoy!
