It’s 2021, and gaming is no longer a boys’ club. While women make up almost half of the 2.6 billion gaming enthusiasts worldwide, many are still underrepresented and marginalized in the industry, especially in the highest levels of streaming and competition. Queens Gaming Collective, a lifestyle brand founded by women who game for women who game, echoes this sentiment with their catchphrase, “it’s anyone’s game.”
Gaming is now the world’s most popular form of entertainment, dwarfing its competitors across the global TV, film and music markets combined. With the gaming industry hitting $174.9 billion this year, it is more important than ever that women have the tools and resources needed to level the playing field. Queens Gaming Collective makes this possible by providing women gamers with the infrastructure, resources and representation necessary to build a career in gaming.

Alisa Jacobs, CEO and co-founder of Queens, has cultivated an incredible roster of women creators, streamers and competitors who are a part of their talent roster as well as models for Queens’ first ever merch collection, “All Rise.”
The unisex and size inclusive collection joins the ranks of fashion-forward activewear lines, but with a unique gaming-inspired twist. The collection features tie dye and monochromatic t-shirts with matching sweatpants and sweatshirts as well as bucket hats and slides with “Queens” emblazoned on the front. The items are just the right blend of comfortable and trendy to wear while gaming or out running errands in style.
The comfort-casual line is designed by Lanie Alabanza-Barcena, also known as Miss Lawn, a creative director and apparel designer known for her streetwear creations. Alabanza-Barcena, an avid gamer herself, described her experience working with Queens Gaming Collective in an Instagram post, writing, “To be a part of a game changing global movement was not even a question...I mean, who wouldn’t want to see strong, diverse and powerful women rise?! With the “All Rise” capsule it was important for me to design an inclusive collection that offered a signature look and vibe for women’s gaming.”
