According to One&Only’s report, only six of the region’s homes were sold in the $10 million price bracket from 2012 to 2018. That figure doubled from 2019 to 2021, and an additional seven homes have sold for $10 million or more in the past six months alone.
This particular home is designed to include more than 12,000 square feet of interior space and boast 6,164 additional square feet of explorable exterior.
