For $750 per person, guests of the iconic NYC institution will enjoy a first course consisting of Siberian Osetra Caviar served with warm buckwheat blinis, a second course of their choice of Wagyu Truffle Carpaccio, Oyster Rockefeller, or Foie gras, followed by Wagyu Stroganoff, Guinea Hen, or Chilean Sea Bass.

Save some room for Vanilla Panna Cotta, Tea room blintzes, or Hazelnut Semifreddo with Caviar, for dessert.
