On Thursday May 10, 2018, Esteemed AD100 interior designer Ryan Korban celebrated his first-ever residential development, 40 Bleecker, a modern luxury condominium situated in New York’s covetable NoHo neighborhood. Mr. Korban was joined by co-hosts model Jourdan Dunn and fashion designer Brandon Maxwell.

Guests were invited to explore themed rooms imitable of a cocktails “at home” with Ryan Korban experience. Highlights of the evening included an opulent table setting decked out with lavish floral arrangements and large silver bowls of caviar and the “champagne room” where a model in a bathrobe served guests champagne.

"I wanted to provide our guests with an experience that felt consistent with the overall vibe of 40 Bleecker. From the very beginning of the design process, I set out to speak to a new generation of downtown buyers, who are looking for luxury and elegance against a modern backdrop. The evening really brought this concept to life and was an exciting glimpse into the beauty of people enjoying their home,” said Ryan Korban.

40 Bleecker is commissioned by Rawling Architects, Ryan Korban, Hollander Design and Broad Street Development. It offers one to five bedroom condominium residences with impeccable, modern details and spacious, 10-foot ceilings, starting at $1.8 million. The amenities include: 24-hour lobby attendant, 58-foot pool, state-of-the-art exercise room and stretching studio, 5,600 square foot landscaped center courtyard, complimentary bicycle storage and private parking available. Expected occupancy Fall 2019.
