On Tuesday, September 4, during the Season 7 finale of Million Dollar Listing: NY, Ryan Serhant celebrated a decade in real estate as well as the upcoming launch of his first book - Sell It Like Serhant. Ryan’s team at Nest Seekers International is ranked the #1 sales team in New York state and #2 sales team in the U.S. by Wall Street Journal Real Trends, setting price-per-square-foot records across the country. At the Ten, Seven, One Event, Ryan celebrated TEN years in real estate, the Million Dollar Listing: NY Season SEVEN finale, and the upcoming launch of Ryan’s first book (ONE) on-sale September 18 with Hachette Books! Held at Samsung 837 the event began with a VIP cocktail hour followed by a full extravaganza. During the event, Serhant announced that his app - Agent Empire: NYC - would release an Android version this fall. The immersive experience provided high tech and VR activities to entertain guests. Guests were treated to pour-over Smirnoff cocktails with custom bottles decorated to portray Serhant’s signature photos and catch phrase - Ready. Set. Go. The event was produced by Betty Lou Events.
