Thanksgiving is almost here, and whether you’re celebrating with family at home, hosting a Friendsgiving or looking to bring a dish to the feast you’re attending, everyone knows dessert is the best part of the meal.
Enjoy the turkey and stuffing, but be sure to save room for pie, truffles and more because we’ve rounded up the best Thanksgiving desserts in and around NYC.

Le Pain Quotidien, known for their delicious baked goods, is offering a selection of three classic pies with a choice of apple ($39), pecan ($39) and pumpkin ($27). Available now through November 28th, guests must pre-order with 48 hours notice through Le Pain Quotidien’s app or website at lepainquotidien.com. Individual slices are available for pick-up in store.
Morgenstern’s autumn pie selection features decadent offerings including their pork lard apple pie, pumpkin pie, pecan pie and bourbon pecan pie, all for $42 each. For those looking to branch out from traditional Thanksgiving pie flavors, Morgenstern’s offers a burnt sage ice cream pie, peanut butter chocolate ice cream pie and lemon meringue pie for $52 each. All pie orders must be placed 48 hours in advance online at morgensternsnyc.com for pick-up from their shop at 88 West Houston Street.
Andrea Anthony’s guilt-free Thanksgiving pie will be available for pick-up only at Lobster Roll’s Southampton, NY location. The pie features tender sauteed spiced apples, a buttery and zesty crumb topping and mouth-watering bursts of fresh cranberries. The 10-inch deep-dish pie is $32 and serves six people. With only 50 pies available this year, place your order soon by emailing [email protected].
Brooklyn-based and sister-owned brand Mini Melanie creates classic sweet treats with a modern twist, and this year they have crafted a Thanksgiving dessert menu with dishes that are as beautiful and memorable as they are delicious. While Mini Melanie is best known for their stunning truffles, their Thanksgiving menu includes everything from pies and tarts to brownies and cakes. Orders must be placed by November 18th by emailing [email protected] for delivery on 11/23 or 11/24 or pick-up in Brooklyn Kitchen.
