The garden rooftop draws inspiration from the German winter garden that sat along the Bowery in the mid-18th century, meaning all 2,000 square feet of the spacious bar are outfitted with gorgeous foliage spilling from the ceiling and branches reaching from a massive tree. Michaelis Boyd designed the space, achieving a transformative atmosphere that celebrates NYC while simultaneously transporting you away.

If the views aren’t enough, the elevated food and beverage program promises to draw a crowd, as Erin Davey’s cocktail program uses seasonal ingredients combined with playful twists on the classics.

Spicy marg fans, be sure to give the Dolly Lava, a variation of the classic drink with a boost of botanicals, juicy winter peach, housemade sriracha agave and a touch of gin, a try. Lastly, a full kitchen and on-site pizza oven will provide dishes such as burrata sticks, made-to-order pizzas and NY strip French dip.
