In Celebration of International Women’s Day, Vivrelle, the NYC-based luxury accessories marketplace, is announcing its first-ever merch collaboration brand with beachwear brand, Beach Riot.
Available exclusively to Vivrelle’s coveted membership club, the 4-piece collection of hoodies, crewnecks, and sweatpants launches today with a portion of proceeds donated in partnership with GirlUp.
GirlUp was founded by the UN Foundation in 2010 as an initiative to help support US agencies that focus on adolescent girls.
GirlUp’s leadership development programs have impacted 125,000 girls through 5,600 clubs in 130 countries and all 50 U.S. states.
Their programs help girls to hone their skills in community organizing, goal setting, and effective communication. Girls who complete the GirlUp programming report increased confidence, higher levels of civic partnership, and a stronger conviction and ability to take action for global good.
The collaboration celebrates the supportive relationship between the two female-founded brands with Blake Geffen of Vivrelle and Nicole Hanriot-Tinkess of Beach Riot.
First connecting in 2018 when Nicole became one of Vivrelle’s first members, followed by an exclusive membership perk partnership with Beach Riot, the two join hands to honor March 8th’s International Women’s Day with a special capsule highlighting their shared value of women helping women.
"The cherry on top of every Beach Riot look is a cute bag! Almost like the perfect collaboration, encompassing our Beach to Street moto, this collab was really designed for the girl on the go. As a long-time member of Vivrelle myself, I am so honored that this collaboration between our two female-founded brands, is giving back to the GirlUp Foundation for International Women’s Day," Nicole Hanriot-Tinkess, Founder & CEO of Beach Riot.
